Contact your Service Manager
If your problem is really urgent, contact your Macquarie appointed Service Manager and they’ll be able to get you back up and running in no time.
Log a ticket in Macquarie View
If your issue isn’t urgent you can log a ticket online in Macquarie View. Just click the login button at the top of the page to access it.
We’ve also included some instructions below on exactly how to do that.
- Login. Click the login button at the top of the page to access your Macquarie View account. If you dont have one, just talk to your Macquarie representative.
- Log a Service Ticket. Its, under the Tickets menu, where you can see all your current or past tickets.
- Enter your support details. What type of support you need, and describe how we can help you. You can provide screenshots or upload attachments.
- Click Submit Now. You will get a phone call in a very short time, just to keep you informed, and you can follow progress online as well.
