PCI DSS Accredited Level 1 Service Provider

Macquarie Telecom was the first PCI DSS compliant hosting provider in Australia. Hosting Providers perform a critical function for many Merchant & Service Provider organisations, providing IT management & support for the systems that store, process or transmit their cardholder data. This means that your hosting provider is an integral part of your PCI DSS compliance program and should be in a position to validate, via external certification, their compliance with PCI DSS.

ISO27001 Accredited

Certification to ISO/IEC 27001 is a critical way of ensuring your hosting provider has implemented a system for the management of information security – audited against a global standard by an independent third party.

2011 – Finalist – Australian Teleservices Association Contact Centre Awards Contact Centre of the Year (under 50 seats). This is the event for recognition of the best people and the best contact centres in the state.

2008 – Winner – World Communication Awards “Best Customer Care” – Judged by a panel of fifteen independent telecommunications experts in London, Macquarie Telecom won the international award ahead of other large Telecommunications providers including Deutsche Telecom and BT.
