at no additional cost. Use the web functionality when you need to share
documents from your computer or present a PowerPoint® Presentation.
The Macquarie Telecom Meeting Centre software integrates voice conferencing,
web conferencing and multi-way web video into a single platform, available from your
desktop.
The Web Conferencing service is ideal for:

The Macquarie Telecom Meeting Centre gives you total meeting management from
anywhere, at any time, allowing you to make your virtual meetings as visual and
as interactive as your face-to-face meetings.

- Interact and seek feedback from participants via the online chat facility
without interrupting the speaker or presenter
- Enhance your meeting with integrated desktop video, which allows
participants to see you and other participants that have a desktop video
camera
- Record the conference with a web archive
- Participants without internet access can still participate via the phone
using the voice only service.
Voice Conferencing
The fully automated Macquarie Telecom Meeting Centre offers a flexible and
cost-effective solution that is secure and easy to use. Each user is given their
own Meeting Centre account.
The Voice Conferencing service is ideal for:
- Internal meetings
- Customer meetings
- Training sessions
- Announcements
Your voice conference room is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to
your voice conference room can be activated from any telephone in any location. You
can use Macquarie Telecom Meeting Centre to meet with colleagues or customers.

- Dial out to your participants or let them dial in
- Digital recording and replay on demand
- Ability to manage your voice conference from your PC
- Chairperson can mute all participants, or participants can self-mute
Security Features:
- Entry and exit tones when participants join or leave the conference
- Lock conference ‘door’ after all participants have entered the
conference
Event Service
Operator Managed
Operator managed calls provide assistance to the conference moderator with
all aspects of their meeting. The organization, implementation and management
throughout the call are managed by trained conference coordinators who manage
the operation of your conference according to your requirements.
The service is suited to clients who want to use conferencing and prefer the
guidance of the managed service rather than our fully automated service.

Events
Reach hundreds, even thousands of participants on a fully operator managed
