a simpler way of accessing their information online. We have enhanced our online offering
of Online Billing Services (E-pay) and InView by consolidating these into one service with
even more online capability.

Trouble Logging In?
1. Access code
Your access code is the user ID e-mailed to you from Extranet Feedback when you first registered
on the service.
If you do not know your access code please e-mail
ExtranetFeedback@macquarietelecom.com
2. Password
When you first log in, you will be asked to change your password from the temporary password
e-mailed to you. Once you do this, your temporary password will no longer be valid. Your password
must be between six and 12 characters long. Remember that your password and temporary password
are case-sensitive.
3. Forgotten your password?
You can reset your password online by clicking on the Forgot Your Password? link on the
log-in page. Once you have been identified, you will be e-mailed a temporary password to access
the service. You will be asked to select your own password when you next log on to Macquarie
Assist Online. Alternatively, contact your administrator, who can reset your password.
