Occasion was specially marked as company was presented with Frost & Sullivan 2008 Customer Focused Leadership Award

SINGAPORE, August 19 2008 - Macquarie Telecom, a leading supplier of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions, marked its eighth year of success in Asia with a gala dinner celebration at the prestigious Sentosa Cove. Among the distinguished guests were the Acting Senior Trade Commissioner Singapore of the Australian Trade Commission, Cheryl Stanilewicz, and several noted business ICT media and industry analysts.

The evening was all about “The Pursuit of Excellence” where Macquarie Telecom awarded and paid tribute to five of its top Data customers for IT Excellence and Innovation in their processes and implementation. The honourees were CNBC Asia Pacific, Wilmar International Ltd, Michael Page International, Munters AB and BSH Home Appliances Pte Ltd.

The evening was made truly special for Macquarie Telecom as it was presented with the Customer Focused Leadership Award for its excellence in customer service and soaring customer retention level of 95%.

The Customer Focused Leadership Award was presented by Frost & Sullivan, a leading growth consulting firm. The award is both a reflection of Macquarie Telecom’s commitment to its customers and a testament of its drive to continue serving its customers in the Asia Pacific region with innovative and effective capabilities.
