You cannot control costs unless you have visibility of them. Providing complete visibility of your bill you can help monitor and eliminate unnecessary calls and services.

You’ll have the flexibility to restrict calls to certain destinations and set alerts to warn you in real time if preset daily and monthly limits (by cost centre, department or even down to extension level) are reached.

We also work with you to ensure that you are using what you are paying for. For example you may be paying line rental on old fax lines that are no longer in use or services and equipment (CPE) that is no longer necessary.

After the first 3 months of billing, Macquarie Telecom can conduct a comprehensive financial audit on your entire Telco products and services. We’ll make certain everything is functioning correctly, that lines are in working order, running efficiently and being used as they’re meant to be used. We’ll leave no stone unturned.
