Operator Assisted Conferencing

 
 

Our Operator Assisted Conferencing is a basic telephone conference service. An operator assists the chairperson with all aspects of the meeting.

Who should use it?

New conferencing users.

How does it work?

You provide the operator with the time, date, names and contact details of all the conference participants.  The operator then dials out to the participants, ensuring that the conference starts on time.

For large conferences such as investor relations announcements, request an Operator Managed TeleEvent conference.

How does it work?

Your participants dial a number (which may be toll-free) and are greeted by an operator, who will record the details you have requested. The call will be run exactly to your specifications participants may be kept on muted lines to minimise interruptions and the operator may conduct a question and answer session at the end.

You may request recording, playback and transcription for these services.
