Macquarie Telecom's Automated Conferencing service lets you manage your own conferences.
You book only once, then receive your own permanent 'meeting' number and PIN. Automated Conferencing
encompasses audio only, audio managed via the web, and audio + web conferencing. Whichever
way you use it, you have full control over all the participants.
Audio only
How does it work? From your telephone keypad you can organise for your participants to
dial in to you, or you can dial out to them. Your user guide gives you access to a range of
other features at the touch of a button for added security and efficiency. For details of

Audio managed via the web
How does it work? Your conference will run the same way as an audio-only conference, and
for your participants there will be no difference. To manage the call via the web, you can
log on to a Macquarie Meeting Centre web conference using your personalised 'meeting&' number.
From here you can visualise and control your meeting by clicking commands on the interface.

Audio + web conferencing
How does it work? The audio conference proceeds in the same way as audio-only. Additionally,
you and your participants log on to the Macquarie Meeting Centre using the same ‘room' number.
From here you can show presentations, work together on spreadsheets and other desktop applications
or take participants on web tours. Features include whiteboarding, chat, polls and surveys,
and web conferences can be archived for future use.
How do I book?

When you have registered to use the service, we recommend that you take part in a 10-minute
over-the-phone training session. Macquarie is pleased to offer regular training sessions at
the times below. To participate, you don't need to book. Just call (03) 9838 9323 (Australian
customers only).

Audio Help
If you are on a call in progress, press *10* on your touch-tone phone
to speak to an operator.
If you are not currently on a call, dial 1800 789 998 (Australian Customers)
or 6319 0798 (Singapore Customers) and quote your meeting number.
Web Help
If your web conference is in progress, go to the Tools drop-down menu and select Dial Customer
Service.
