MessageNet features set it apart from other message broadcast solutions:

  • Ease of use and flexibility

  • Ease of integration with existing solutions

The Macquarie solution supports a broad range of methods for sending and receiving SMS messages including e-mail, Web, XML, 2 Way SMS and many more. The interface is easy to use, intuitive and can be tailored to support each user’s preferences.

Macquarie’s MessageNet online reporting provides comprehensive tracking of usage of the system by user, with detailed records of who sent what, to whom, and when. And while usage reports and online tools enable after the fact analysis of usage by sender, cost centre, and recipient, the Administrator portal provides complete control over access permissions on all entry points of the MessageNet system to proactively ensure appropriate use of the MessageNet tool. The customer can control and manage access to web logins, email addresses and contact databases. At the same time, misuse can be prevented through usage limits, and by easy to administer access controls.

A range of API’s are available to enable integration of existing systems with the MessageNet solution. As a result, SMS can be used to provide near real time alerts of system changes or problems to be delivered to any mobile phone.
