Data on your mobile.
Voicemail
Voicemail is an answering machine for your mobile to capture calls not answered, when your
phone is off, not in coverage or not available..
To set up your voicemail, dial 121 from your mobile Handset. Follow the prompts to record
your Voicemail greeting. Dial 1211 from your handset the 3 Conditional diversions will be
activated to voicemail.
- Call forward on Busy
- Call forward No answer
- Call forward out of range/no signal/turned off
To unconditionally divert all calls to voicemail Dial 1213.
CallScreen
A personalized paging service for your mobile answered by a live operator with a greeting
of your choice.
To set up CallScreen, dial Macquarie Assist on1800 789 999. The operator will ask you if
you would like to personalise your greeting or use the standard greeting of “Welcome to {your
name} paging service, would you like to leave a message?”
To divert all calls to CallScreen whilst overseas dial +61414 123 123 and ask for all calls
to be diverted to CallScreen.
Call Hold, Call Wait
Take more than one call at a time on your mobile

CallMinder
Automatically captures the telephone number of the number of the caller when your phone
is switched off or if you don't answer it.
To set up CallMinder, dial Macquarie Assist on 1800 789 999. Once activated, you will hear
a beep alert or receive a text message prompt on your handset,
Fax and Data
Receive faxes and data messages directly to your mobile
To set up a fax and/or data number, dial Macquarie Assist on 1800 789 999. They will assist
you in establishing the service and also answer any questions you may have to set up the service.
