What is Macquarie Telecom Global Private IP VPN?
 Macquarie Telecom’s Global Private IP VPN Service is our premium solution
bundle, with reach into 190 countries, now including New Zealand. It enables
enterprises to connect directly to the Macquarie Telecom network and take
advantage of a configuration that consists of managed end-to-end private
facilities.
Traffic travels over a robust, multicarrier, multi protocol label switching
(MPLS) enabled backbone. The routing database also uses real-time information
about backbone performance to choose the best path for traffic, and will
dynamically re-route a session as part of an integrated auto-failover platform
design.
Organisations that opt for MPLS class of service (CoS) support can map user
traffic according to CoS profiles defined for each respective subscriber
application according to voice, data, and/or video requirements.
Operating costs can be reduced by consolidating all traffic types onto a
common platform, and obtain optimum efficiency with bandwidth priority for
real-time and critical applications.
Further, the Macquarie Telecom service allows traffic bursting beyond each
class limit within purchased access bandwidth.
Most importantly, Macquarie Telecom Global IP VPN also secures your unique
network by isolating it, with no visibility or access by unauthorised parties or
other users.
