Terminology: ADSL2 and ADSL2+
ADSL2 is the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) standard known as ITU G.992.3/4.

ADSL2+ is the ITU G.992.5 standard and download speeds can be up to 24mbps, while upload

distances from the exchange than ADSL2 and therefore ADSL2+ is becoming the prevalent technology
