We offer both managed data networks and internet access that are purpose built for businesses to maximise availability and performance. All customers on our network are business customers and there is no oversubscription in our core network. We back our network capabilities with Service Level Guarantees (SLGs) that include financial penalties.

  • Homogeneous all-IP network with no legacy ATM or other technologies
  • Fully meshed Juniper® core IP network based on Juniper M-series carrier grade MPLS platform
  • Very low latency, no legacy switching stage with minimum stage of network hierarchy 99.9995% Core Network availability
  • 24x7 proactive monitoring and management by the Macquarie Telecom Network Operation Centre (NOC) with a geographic diverse redundant NOC as backup
  • Full Quality of Service (QoS) support tailored for efficient transport of your data, voice, video, multimedia and cloud network applications
  • Core switches located in our world class highly secure data centres
